Medellín Makes It Happen
It has served as a filming location for stars such as Tom Cruise, Tom Hiddleston, Pedro Pascal, and others. A city nestled in a mountain valley in Colombia, it connects to the world, receiving more than 5.4,000 flights per month.
We scout breathtaking locations that fit the vision of each project: from tropical forests, woods and deserts to modern cities and small towns that conjure up the magic of Encanto.

HAROLD JIMÉNEZ
CEO de Treinta&Seis
A trailblazing entrepreneur that revolutionized the music video scene in Medellín, raising the bar in visual narratives, and turning the city into a key player in the music industry. As the CEO of Treinta&Seis, he’s directed 100+ music videos for iconic Latino artists, with a powerful innovative edge that has won him 2 MTV VMAs for Best Latin Video. He expanded his creative vision in feature films and documentaries, as co-producer for La Ciudad de las Fieras (2021), awarded at the Miami Film Festival, and he directed the documentary Maluma – 7 Días en Jamaica (2021). Harold is currently working on a new documentary and developing his first feature film.
With over 15 years of experience in production, direction, and screenwriting, he is a strategic leader in the film industry. As the founder of Héroe Films, he’s taken his two first prize-winning feature films to the big screen: Pasos de Héroe (2016) and La Ciudad de las Fieras (2021), both acquired by platforms like HBO/Warner and Amazon Prime Video. His career path has led him to elite opportunities in the top two highest-budget TV shows in Colombia: Jack Ryan (Amazon Prime) and, more recently, One Hundred Years of Solitude (Netflix/Dynamo) where he served as line producer. With a profound understanding of this business, and a global network of allies, Henry is a key partner for foreign production companies to make the most of Medellín.
